Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Chapper is a product of U2AI, a brand, product line, and service owned and operated by Team Now Ltd (טיים נאו בע"מ), a company registered in Israel under Company No. (ח.פ.) 513777383 ("U2AI," "Team Now," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). All references to "Chapper" and "U2AI" in these Terms, in the Chapper website, and in the Chapper mobile application refer to products and services provided by Team Now Ltd.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Chapper website, the Chapper mobile application, or any Chapper hardware device (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. The Service

Chapper provides smart protection for safes and valuables, combining hardware sensor devices with a mobile application that delivers real-time alerts for events such as door openings, movement, and temperature changes. Features and availability may change over time as we improve the Service.

4. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may sign in using email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• reverse engineer, tamper with, or misuse Chapper hardware or software except as permitted by law;
• rely on the Service as the sole means of protecting life, property, or high-value assets.

6. Hardware and Purchases

Chapper hardware devices are sold by Team Now Ltd. Pricing, shipping, and warranty terms presented at the time of purchase apply. Devices require a compatible account and network connectivity to deliver alerts.

7. Intellectual Property

The Chapper name, logo, brand, website, application, hardware designs, and all related content, together with the U2AI brand, are owned by Team Now Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. No rights are granted to use the Chapper or Team Now names or marks without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While Chapper is designed to improve security awareness, no security system is infallible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Now Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Now Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from theft, damage, or failure of an alert to be delivered, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account and associated data directly from within the Chapper mobile application (Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting us at chapper.contact@gmail.com. Team Now Ltd may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
